Telematch accepts a wide variety of input formats on many types of media. Following the guidelines below will allow your file to be processed quickly and easily.
Data Transfer Options
File Transfer Protocol (FTP) & AutoFTP
- Send files via FTP (file transfer protocol)
Customers are assigned a secure directory in which to upload their files with a password for accessing this site. Please call your Account Manager to set up your account on your first transmission.
E-Mail
- Files up to 1 MEG (1024kb) can be sent to your e-mail address, all others need to use the FTP (file transfer protocol)
- E-mail file to techsupport@telematch.com. Please include your name and the Telematch Account Manager when sending the file.
Electronic files should be sent using PKWare’s PKzip or WinZip. Please attach a file layout with each file sent .
