Our Premium data append database consists of 170 million Directory Assistance consumer and business listing records that are sourced directly from the phone companies and updated daily (2 - 2.5 million update transactions a day). There is no more current source of name, address, and telephone number information.

The Premium database supports access to the richest and most reliable source of national directory information available anywhere. The database is sourced primarily and regularly updated from Telco data. Data is cross-referenced with a variety of other reliable business information sources and standardized to resolve format differences from each Telco.

Compiled Databases

Telematch houses two compiled consumer databases which reflect the white page telephone directory information nationwide. The two databases include 140MM+ records.  Our business database of 10MM records reflects the yellow, blue and some white  pages of the telephone directories.  We recommend matching against our business database during a residential phone append to pick up professionals such as doctors, lawyers, etc. 

Our compiled consumer databases are updated monthly as the various telephone directories are published.  Our business database is updated quarterly. 

For compiled data, the accuracy rate is 98% of matched records.  We consider that a telephone number we provide is accurate if it reflects what is currently published in the telephone directory for that individual.  Changes and moves that take place prior to this information being received as an update are not considered inaccuracies.  The workable rate will depend upon many variables, such as the geographical area and the timing in regard to the phone append process and the start of a campaign.  The workable rate can typically range from 80 to 90%.
