Chief Executive Officer
Peg Kuman brings more than 35 years of experience in marketing data and information delivery. Peg joined Telematch as the CEO in 2008, and has held executive positions at Publishers Clearing House, The Power Line, Fingerhut Corporation and Garden Way Manufacturing Company. Peg evangelizes that having excellent data is the starting point for all marketing success.

Chief Financial Officer
Steven Rao is an experienced finance executive whose career in finance, accounting and strategy spans nearly two decades. Steve has held interim CFO roles with companies in the advertising and marketing field, as well as director positions in Fortune 500 companies. Steve marshals the financial resources to enable Telematch to invest in our own company and its offerings, bringing better data and better data solutions to market.

Director of Information Technology
Jarom Hagen leads the company's Technology Team and is a computer scientist with more than 20 years of technical experience in both hardware and software development. Jarom keeps us on the leading edge of solution-based applications and product design.

Director of Product Development
Noreen Thomas leads our product development and design team, and has more than three decades of experience in database management, technology and programming. Prior to Telematch, Noreen held positions at Group 1 Software and several major publishing companies. Noreen believes new products and new technologies are the lifeblood of any information business.

Director of Operations
Carolyn Tate heads Telematch's Production and Operations Team, and brings more than 35 years of technology, operations and client services experience to Telematch. Prior to joining Telematch, Carolyn held key positions with the National Rifle Association. Carolyn believes "client services are the benchmark by which all production processes should be measured."
