Input Specifications

Telematch will accept almost any format and media. For the easiest and speediest processing please consider the following Data Transfer Options:

FTP/ Auto FTP
You will be assigned a secure directory and password for accessing our FTP Site. Your Account Manger will assist you in setting up your initial transmission.

Client Upload/Download
You will be provided a client ID and a password that will let you upload and download files using the Telematch web site.

Email
For small files, up to 1MEG, 1024 kb. Note email is an insecure and possibly unreliable file transfer process. For secure transfer of files we recommend encrypting the files using PGP or your preferred encryption method. Telematch recommends using PGP encryption.

ASCII fixed field
ASCII delimited (comma, quote comma, tab, pipe)
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Access  
DBF

Electronic files should be sent using PKWare's PKzip or WinZip.Please attach a file layout with each file sent.

In the event you prefer to use magnetic tape or diskette, please have media sent to:
